Is there a learning curve required from my part?
No. Online Book Publicity and Marketing will run a campaign for you. If, however, you'd like to learn about search engine optimization and other book marketing techniques we will provide you with articles, tips and ideas.
What criteria will my book's acceptance be based on?
All submissions will receive a response. Acceptance will be based on the following:
- Quality of publication (cover, typography, etc)
- Level of Marketability
- Available sample chapters or excerpts
- Available reviews
- Popularity / marketability of genre
- Awards (if applicable)
- Distribution line (if applicable)
What happens if my book is not accepted?
All submissions will receive a response. If your book hasn't been accepted, the reasons will be clearly stated. Feel free to resubmit your publication once you have completed the recommended improvements.
Campaign fees are per title?
Each title even within a series is marketed with its own set of book descriptions, promotional post, tweets and unique visuals and dedicated links to its distributor.
Do you offer any discounts?

Is there an additional cost or anything else I need to buy or license?

All publicity campaigns provide access to up-to-date search engine ranking position "SERP" reports. These reports are generated about 120 to 150 days after campaign activation. Our authors are also invited to join a private and secret Facebook group. Via this group they are able to communicate with our staff and monitor all activities that has been done to promote their titles and genres. All promotional project will be communicate via this group exclusively as well as an extensive database of articles. More information and access to this group is provided automatically.
Do I need to send my book or manuscript in order to be accepted?
No. Submissions are based on a set criteria that can be determined without receiving and reading a copy.

No. You may or may not join social media. This is truly your decision. We will promote your book on social media, regardless of your participation on them. All traffic we gather on social media will be directed to your distributor, via your listing with us. We, however, recommend to have a Facebook profile for the soul purpose of accessing our private feedback group.
What is organic search engine marketing?
Are you a social media marketing provider?
No. We use social marketing as a means to conduct and support our engine marketing efforts. If what you are only looking for is a large number of posts to non-targeted anyone and anywhere in the world (mostly not even Anglophones) than a cheap Fiver service is the way to go. This is not what we do.

What is A9 and A10?
Amazon's search engine algorithm has a name, and it's called A9. Started in 2003 as a subsidiary of Amazon, A9 was tasked with the sole responsibility of creating a better user experience by placing the right products in front of the right customers. Like Google, A10 works to find the right pages using specific on-page and off-page data to build their own SERPs “Search Engine Ranking Placement / Position".
Amazon A10 algorithm is the newer version of the previous A9 algorithm.
The 3 major differences are the following:
Seller authority has gained influence. Factored fields are: sales history, time selling on Amazon, reviews and rating, returns and bookshelf presence.
Impressions, conversions, internal sales, and CTR "Click-Through-Rate" are stronger.
External traffic will now have more value and will boosts your book page. Amazon will favor and recommend pages that bring in traffic from social media, websites, etc.

Can I upgrade my publicity campaign?
Yes. You can upgrade at any point. The cost and discounts will be calculated and presented to you.
What happens once my campaign has expired?
We will contact you beforehand. You will have a choice to continue your camapign at a discounted rate or to cancel your camapign.
What happens when I cancel my campaign at the end of my term?
We will stop marketing your book.
Your book, your bio and all content will be removed from our network.
Your engine optimized sub-page will be deleted and therefore, removed from our Google-feed.
Your membership at our client support group will be canceled.
Since all content will be deleted, we will no longer send traffic to your book and site, if applicable.
Since all content will be deleted, your SERP rating will disappear.
The promotional content (images, videos, posts, links) we created for you, however, is yours to keep and use, if you wish. We will also keep most of your content on our social networks. We only delete content that is outdated or incorrect. Our mendate is to help our client persent or past with their book promotional efforts. All content marketing work on social media we undertake as part of a promotional package remain in place to draw in further reader interest months and years after the end of each campaign. Our promotion is not a billboard style marketing which is only valid for the duration the billboard remains. Our campaigns are designed around the longevity of an author's career, not a flash in pan.
We at all cases wish to maintain contact with our former clients. We encourage our clients to continue using our social platforms (Facebook groups, pinboards, etc) to promote their books.
Can I cancel my campaign before its term?
Yes. We can stop marketing your book, however campaign fees are non-reimbersable.
What happens if I need to change my cover-image during my term?
Cover designs are very very affordable these days. Every author should try to have a cover that tragets their market well and they can be proud of. If and when a cover change happens, we will also adjust promotional visuals on our network and on social media to match the new visual content. Even-though this will mean extra work for us, there will be no additional fees. We never charge for executing tasks that improved the presentation of our featured books. Instead, we encourage improvements.
